The Best Mid-Priced Bonaire Restaurants
Bonaire restaurants serve up a heaping helping of the yummy stuff and at these mid-priced restaurants you'll find great eats without blowing your budget.
Cactus Blue Bar and Restaurant
The food doesn't get better than this on Bonaire. The owner and chef, Hagen, shares the same burst of enthusiasm for flavors as he does with diving. (He used to be a dive instructor) This is an all around great experience. The drinks, appys, meals, desserts, everything is created by someone who really takes pride in his work! Moogie plays on Wednesdays. There is a small gift shop worth checking out.
Wil's Tropical Bar
Wil's Tropical Bar has really yummy food. Sometimes the service is slow so bring your patience because the food is terrific and is reasonably priced.
Capriccio
Capriccio is a favorite Italian restaurant on the waterfront. This place has over 200 varieties of wine (you might need more than one visit to sample them all…) and the food is great. If you love pasta you'll love Capriccio. The service is good and the staff knows their wine. $20-$25 for an entree. Pizza is $10-$17.
Papaya Moon
Papaya Moon is a great Mexican restaurant. Located at the Harbour Village, they have great crazy nachos and fish tacos, but everything is super yum and the portions are giant! Make sure you leave room for desert. Their sizzlin’ apple pie and ice cream is the best in the world! This is a great place to go for happy hour.
The number one place for seafood...
One of the best places for seafood, Mona Lisa is located right on the main street of Kralendijk. They offer fresh French food and generous portions.
